What to send for a project quotation
Start with the information you have. A useful brief includes:
- Your town in South Africa and whether this is a home, office or shared space.
- Room photographs, approximate wall lengths and ceiling height, plus plans if available.
- The books, files, display pieces and equipment the furniture must accommodate.
- Your preferred style, finish references, budget range and target completion period.
- Access details such as stairs, narrow doors and any existing furniture that will remain.
We use the brief to identify the design questions and confirm the scope, measurements, selections and quotation before manufacture. Delivery, installation and timing are agreed for the individual project.

Can you combine a library and a working study?
Yes. Book storage, display space, a desk and filing can be planned together. Share how the room will be used so the layout gives both work and storage enough space.
Can the design include a library ladder?
Ladder access can be discussed where the room and shelving arrangement suit it. The design needs to account for ceiling height, reach, movement and safe use; it is confirmed as part of the project specification.
Do you take on projects outside Bloemfontein?
We manufacture in Bloemfontein and discuss projects across South Africa. Your location, access and scope determine the delivery and installation arrangements quoted for your project.
What does a custom library cost, and how long will it take?
Price and lead time depend on size, materials, finish, detailing and the workshop schedule. Send your brief for a project-specific quotation. Timing is confirmed with you, and we contact you to show the finished work for approval before it leaves the factory.
